Senior Broadcast Engineer

Alpha Video seeks a full-time Senior Broadcast Engineer to design and implement solutions for a wide range of broadcast, sports and corporate clients. Candidates must be able to conceptualize large systems and have a strong technical understanding of video, audio and data/networking. Additionally, the Senior Broadcast Engineer must be resourceful, self-motivated, work well under pressure, proactively manage timelines, and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Minimum requirements: technical degree, 3+ years in a broadcast environment and 2+ years CAD experience. Some travel required.  

Broadcast Engineer

Alpha Video seeks a full-time Broadcast Engineer to design and implement solutions for a wide range of broadcast, sports and corporate clients. Candidates must be able to understand large systems, have a solid understanding of video, audio and control signals and learn quickly as technology changes. Additionally, the Broadcast Engineer must be self-motivated, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess strong written and verbal communications skills. Minimum requirements: some college, 1+ years in a broadcast environment and CAD experience. Some travel required.

Technician

Alpha Video seeks a full-time Technician to perform installations for a wide range for educational, corporate, faith, government, call letter, production and sports clients. Under the direction of a Project Manager or Lead Technician, the Technician mounts equipment, pulls wire, terminates cables and tests signal flow. Candidates must have an interest in technology and the capability to learn rapidly. Additionally, Technicians must have solid verbal and written communications skills, be able to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Minimum requirements: 1+ years experience pulling and terminating low voltage video, voice or data cabling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work from ladders/lifts up to 50', and work in tight spaces and at unusual angles. Travel required.
